Launch terms

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected services unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Customer inputs and rights

You keep ownership of your submitted media, business information, and approved outputs. You grant SceneSmith the limited rights needed to process, store, transform, render, and deliver those materials for the service.

You must have permission to use submitted media, trademarks, personal likenesses, customer data, connected accounts, and claims. Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless a written scope explicitly allows it.

AI output and customer review

AI and automated research can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review claims, rights, pricing, offers, creative, and destination details before approval or publication.

SceneSmith does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, rankings, reach, engagement, platform approval, or legal compliance of customer content.

Acceptable use

Do not use SceneSmith for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, unsafe, or unauthorized content. Do not bypass workspace permissions, payment controls, approval gates, provider limits, or platform rules.

Fees and service scope

The founding sprint price and included outputs appear on the offer page and checkout. Taxes may apply. Work begins after payment, usable inputs, and required account access are available. Work outside the included scope requires a new written agreement.

Third parties and availability

SceneSmith depends on third-party infrastructure, AI, payment, and social platforms. Features may be delayed, limited, rejected, or unavailable because of provider changes or outages. We may pause risky or unauthorized work to protect customers and the service.

Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. SceneSmith's aggregate liability for a founding sprint is limited to the amount paid for that sprint, except where law does not allow that limit.

Legal operator, address, governing law, and tax details shown on the applicable checkout, invoice, or written order form part of the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
